Excellent service

Arrived earlier than expected. Packaging and quality was excellent. I bought these chairs on Overstock for more and 1 came damaged. I was so happy to find them here on Home & Decor and they arrived perfect! So happy now to have a full set.

I ordered a lovely bed set but needed to cancel the order and a quick email to home & decor about canceling the order and I received a swift reply and order was canceled and refund sent. Customer service is top notch. I'd definitely use them again.

Take to long to ship with no updates

Ordered a gymnastics wedge as a gift. Order was processed, payment accepted. Hours later I get an email saying item out of stock and payment would be refunded. Not a great experience for my first purchase. :(

I bought a product for my baby and they didn't ship

It's been 9 days since I submitted my order. I received an email from FedEx stating my item has been shipped and then after no updated. I payed for a service and a product up front and I have yet to receive either my product or any form of customer support. Edit: Home & Decor promptly made contact to explain the situation with my order. The representative went as far to call me personally to give me an update and apologize. Slightly delayed but my item will come in just in time for the holiday.

Bought an item and days later received email out of stock. Then took more than a week to get refund! Definitely tied up my money for over a week!
