I ordered an outdoor dining table and a patio seating set, and both came in good condition, but I don't recommend paying a $49 extra shipping fee for faster delivery. My furniture took the same time as the first one.

Shipping was quick but not pleased with the sandbox I received. Holes were drilled where they shouldn't have been and not drilled where they should have been. Instructions were incorrect in a few areas.

All of the process appears to be automated but was accurate and worked well. Order confirmation came quickly and I received email status updates all the way to delivery. Received my order today. It was a 3 ft statue that was very well packaged and arrived in about a week with no damage. For the price I paid and the short time it took, I'm extremely pleased. The negative, they keep pitching the Shop App for order tracking. I don't like or trust the Shop App as it requires access to your email accounts. You don't have to use it as they provide good status updates directly to my email. I can't rate their customer service as I didn't need to contact them after I placed my order.
