Enttäuschende Qualität und fragwürdiger Kundenservice! Ich bin absolut unzufrieden mit der Hundehöhle von Funny Fuzzy. Die Qualität ist miserabel – der Stoff fühlt sich billig an. Für den Preis habe ich definitiv etwas Besseres erwartet! Doch das Schlimmste ist der Kundenservice. Ich wollte das Produkt zurücksenden, aber statt einer problemlosen Rückgabe wurden mir nur Ausreden geliefert. Ständig neue Verzögerungstaktiken, keine klaren Anweisungen – es wirkt, als ob sie bewusst versuchen, die Rückgabe zu verhindern. Ich habe mehrfach nach einer Lösung gefragt, aber es kam keine vernünftige Antwort. Dieses Vorgehen halte ich für unseriös, und ich werde mich an die Polizei und Verbraucherschutzbehörden wenden, um das Verhalten dieser Firma zu melden. Ich kann nur jedem abraten, hier zu bestellen!

Funnyfuzzy offered such an amazing selection of scratch/slip resistant couch covers I easily found one that complimented my leather couch. It arrived in 8 days and has worked like a charm. It is soft, a lovely tan color and has been tested out by my 2 mini labradoodles that like to scratch and twirl before they lay down on the couch. The website was user friendly and being a first time buyer, I received a nice discount. I also appreciated the ability to track my package. I highly recommend this company and product.

The product is great. I'm not sure which one I'm reviewing. I've gotten both a car seat cover which was beautiful and practical. He hasn't tried it yet, but I'm hopeful it will make him more comfortable as those old bones need some padding on long (even short) trips. I also bought a couch cover which is pretty cool and I can keep from getting a new couch for a couple more years. Nothing wrong with the couch except it sags where my husband's large body sits! And it looks a little worse for wear. But into the laundry went the towels and torn sheet I was covering the main bolster with. Now it looks pretty "spiffy!"

Absolut unseriös. Haben im Dezember zwei Produkte bestellt - eins kam an, aber auf das andere warten wir noch heute. Kundenservice nicht responsiv und man wird nur vertröstet.

Poor quality and misleading pictures. It looks good on the website but upon arrival it's a cheap build quality, barely any stuffing and doesn't hold it's structure at all. Our dog has laid on it and bumps his head on the almost solid floor due to how thin the bottom is. We tried contacting customer service but just got a templated response asking for pictures of the product in its packaging which of course we don't have because we opened it - as any normal person would! It was also meant to come with an extra promotional gift which was absent on arrival.
