Well for starters. There were no instructions on how to put this cover on. There are ties on both the top and bottom half. Don't know where I'm supposed to tie those to. Second they had a bunch of foam tubes. Don't know what those are for either. I love the fabric. It is nice and soft. However it will not protect our new couch from our cats claws. It is not long enough to cover the back of the couch either so my cats can still scratch and mark back there. It doesn't look anything like the picture it shows. I guess you can't expect much for what we spent.

My dog, Teddy, has been sleeping on it since it arrived today. The product is exactly as pictured. I will also use it in the car when we travel.

I never ordered. received a confirmation for an order that I never placed. I didnt want, don t own a dog, they would not cancel. Thats a lot of money to spend on something I did not want or need.

Horrible experience. I ordered a bed for my 45lbs dog which was a large size. First of all, the package took over a week to be delivered, when it arrived the bed looks nothing like the website and the description. The bedding has no support and it’s too small for my dog. The customer service is offering 40%!refund which is an outrageous because the website says “ 30 days guaranteed money back. Please don’t waist your time and money. Costcos has a better quality and affordable beds for dog. I am waiting on my refund.

I love the couch cover but I did order the wrong size ( too small ) so I just placed a larger size . The material is so soft and I can use the smaller one I ordered as a light cover .

The order process was easy and the product was delivered in reasonable time. I was disappointed about the amount of plastic. The product itself was in a plastic bag. Then it was all wrapped in plastic foil. And then wrapped with a further thick plastic foil which was used instead of a cardboard box. The cat bed I bought smelled chemically, even after several hours in fresh air. The bed consists of two parts, and contains no washing information at all. As the pillow has no cover, I did not dare putting it into the washing machine in order to get rid of the bad smell. I hope the smell will disappear in a few days. So far I have not presented the cat bed to my cats...

Price is great. I love the product. My son 2 dogs love the cozy couch blanket. Will order again.

Not happy with merchandise it is not worth the money. I would like to return this item I can get better quality at Sam’s Club. I emailed someone earlier today to help me start a return. I have yet to hear back from someone.
