Muy bonitos y excelente calidad

I purchased a dog bed and by the time it arrived we had bought another. Never opened the package and immediately asked to return for a refund as stated on their site. The have been going back and forth with countless emails and still cannot return the item. They stated I must pay the postage but refuse to send me instructions on where to return it. I’ve submitted photos of a brand new package as requested only to be asked 2 other emails to submit photos. I’ve been offered a 20% refund and to keep the item. I want ALL my money back. Almost 3 weeks of emails back and forth with a complete run around. Do not buy from this company!

The quality of the item that was sent is nothing like what you advertise, very, very thin and not worth the money.I would like a refund

I ordered a Dog Harness size LARGE, when it arrived (after along wait) it was too small even with adjustments. I went by FUNNY FUZZY size chart to get the correct sized Harness. I contacted them to exchange for an X LARGE size Harness. The trouble I'm having with them, just trying to get it returned and exchanged is horrendous. They take days to reply to e-mails with no clear answers and just Delay/Lie and mess the Customer about. Their 'On Line Shop Site' states there there to help around the clock, that's a load of rubbish. This company have a UK SUPPORT TEAM...?!! that don't reply (in a given time) to e-mails from Customers. When they do reply it's confusing and not help at all, constantly fobbing you off with lies and distractions.....absolutely useless, won't help one bit. I'm still waiting for replies from over 7 e-mails for the details to Exchange. My opinion is....Avoid Funny Fuzzy like the PLAGUE. the worst 'On Line' shopping business I've ever dealt with.....horrendous. Last e-mail from them, nearly 72 hrs later said 'Trust Us' to sort this issue out, it will be a breeze. UK Trading Standards need to get involved and close this 'On Line' Shopping Site down now...!!

Gut verpackt, tolle Qualität, empfehlenswert

The beds was not as advertise! Materials were horrible just stuffed cotton and not firm and thick at all. It would be much much much better if it was just to be a sponge. Absolutely bad quality, definitely not as what was advertised at all.
