Thank you for responding to this review even though you’re totally aware of my order !!! I’ve contacted you several times to please send a return shipping label . You asked for photos of dog bed which I sent within 24 hours of receiving this order . You then contacted me offering 20% discount and I could keep the bed … This is totally useless to me as it’s much too small for my dog even though you stated on your website, it was fine for a 16 pound dog!!! It’s much too small. Probably suitable for a very small Chihuahua no more than 10 pounds… A few days later, you offered me 40% discount!!!! I don’t want the bed it’s too small!!!!!! I want to return this order and please send a return shipping label …. Reading other customer reviews it appears i’m not the only one who’s had this problem in trying to return an order. I simply want to return this order .. I find it very strange offering a 40% discount and to keep the bed ..

My complaint matches everyone else’s. The size chart for a Labrador says 2xl but the image of xl states lab and golden retriever. I bought the xl without comparing to the size chart. Don’t match. The bed is smaller enough for a small dog. Do not shop with company!! Delivery 2 weeks and item doesn’t match ad. Sad.

Our dog has a problem with her hips and legs. She can’t jump. The steps really help her. We have 4 couches and our bed. Each one she needs help to get on. This is the first set of steps that she took to right away.

Love the product! As described! Took a long time to receive. Came from China. Then a NJ distributor placed a mailing label over it. Prefer to buy USA.

It took a while to get here but everything is so cute! The only item that didn't fit our dog was the high top shoes. I measured his foot and ordered accordingly. These MIGHT fit a chihuahua puppy or maybe a yorkie puppy but not my mini schnauzer.

re order # FF560048S. Within hours of placing order sent message to change deliver to address to billing address, no response. Over the next several days sent 3 additional messages, received a reply thanking me for contact. The next message I received was Sun 3/23 informing me to refuse package and apply for a refund. Problem is package was delivered Sat 3/22, now I have to pay shipping from St Cloud Fla to Shelby NC. Very poor customer service !

Was easy and kept inform on the where abouts of my package and delivered early.
