I was a little skeptical about paying this much for stairs, I purchased the soft sided chessboard pattern. In the past I had tried some hard sided ones and my senior Yorkie wouldn't go up them. I felt they were too short for him to be comfortable on each step. These were wide and deep enough were he felt comfortable sitting down if he was tired. I decided to try one more and boy am I glad I did. This was a total game changer. The soft wide steps were so comfortable for his little arthritic body. Apparently this company doesn't honor their own return policy. I keep getting the run around, 12 emails back n forth asking for return information and still no answer as to how to return for a refund. It's becoming clear they have no intention of allowing this return.

We bought this for our couch which is like a "micro-fiber" material and we wanted to protect it. The cover is beautiful and seems to be very well made. We are IMPRESSED!!!

My package was left outside despite the fact that the door code was in the address. I submitted a ticket when I saw the picture because I wasn't home. My order was over 100.00. I was so pissed that they didn't take it inside. The quality for the price is horrible I would liken it to a table cloth. It was a couch cover. Thin, crepe-y style material. Not happy and would never order from this company again.
