This merchandise is very difficult, if not impossible to return due to the product being shipped from China.
I am not getting a puppy right now. The return process is to wait for the package to come in the mail and hand it back to the driver. I would have never ordered this merchandise had I known it was coming from China. The only merchandise I ordered from China was a trapeze coat and I liked it so much, I ordered it in multiple colors and sizes. It was very reasonably priced. I once ordered a shower curtain. When it came in the mail from China, it looked nothing like the silver marbleized shower curtain that was pictured. It was $52. I just threw it away I do not order from China or another country overseas unless the item is from a seller on etsy. This company is not transparent that the merchandise is coming from China. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. So, I will be losing $140 on this purchase.
