If I could I would give 0 stars. Like many other reviews, order never received. Placed in July, was provided a tracking number that never worked, contacted via email multiple times with promises that it was still in transit and they were urgently tracking it. 3+ months and have given up and disputed the charge through PayPal. The customer service is also extremely unprofessional, copying emails reply’s they send me a month ago, and saying “they can’t give a refund once it’s in transit”… Site/ company are a scam, do NOT use.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend FunnyFuzzy at all. I placed and paid for my order a long time ago, but never received the products. I contacted customer service repeatedly and was eventually told that my order had been shipped. However, despite asking several times, I received no tracking number, no tracking link and no proof of shipment. I then requested a full refund. Since then, I have received multiple emails saying that my case has been “escalated to the relevant team”, but I still have not received my money back. At this point, I have spent far too much time chasing an order that never arrived and a refund that should have been processed long ago. The customer service responses are polite, but unfortunately they have provided no actual solution. Very disappointing experience. I would not order here again.

À FUIR ARNAQUE Commande ##FR56157 passée le 29/07/2026 et toujours pas reçue à ce jour ! Malgré de nombreuses relances par leur seul moyen de communication, leur adresse mail, toujours la même réponse ! Un lien m’indiquant le suivi du colis mais qui ne bouge pas. J’ai demandé remboursement et depuis plus aucune réponse. UNE HONTE et un signalement à été fait.

I ordered a couch protector from FunnyFuzzy over two months ago, and I still have no delivery date. My order number is #FF753385S. What is most unacceptable is not simply the delay — it is the complete lack of communication and accountability. I have repeatedly followed up with FunnyFuzzy through both Instagram DMs and email via their customer support team, yet I still have no clear answers. Every response follows the same pattern: apologies and promises to follow up, but no actual delivery date, no concrete information, and no meaningful resolution. Despite all my efforts to get an update, nobody can tell me when I will receive an order I paid for more than two months ago. It is completely unacceptable that a company cannot provide even an estimated delivery date after such a long delay. Saying “sorry” and claiming to be following up is not customer service when there is no tangible result or useful information provided to the customer. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but this goes far beyond a normal delay. The lack of transparency, proactive communication, and accountability is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly across multiple channels just to get basic information about their own orders. FunnyFuzzy, I am still waiting for my order #FF753385S, and I expect a clear answer regarding when it will actually be delivered — not another apology without a date. Very disappointing experience. Based on this level of service and the complete lack of follow-through, I would not recommend FunnyFuzzy.

Have been waiting for my order to arrrive since April. I have contacted them 7 times to no avail. Disgusting behaviour from a company. I would stay clear of this company as I sincerely doubt they are genuine. Still waiting for a response to my last email from last week. I believe I have more chance of seeing the Pope. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order confirmation was in July this year , have not received it, they give me the same email answer. The tracking number does not exist . Anyone in Australia , do not get anything from Funny Fuzzy company. You won’t get your parcel and I am still waiting on a refund. The worst service ever!

Extremely disappointing experience with FunnyFuzzy. I placed my order in July and, now in October, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted FunnyFuzzy numerous times over the past few months asking for an update. Each time I receive essentially the same generic response — that my order is with the carrier, in transit or delayed due to shipping travel times. I have still not been provided with a clear explanation of where my order actually is or a reliable delivery date. What makes this even more frustrating is that FunnyFuzzy’s Australian shipping policy states standard shipping is within 7–30 business days. My order is now significantly outside their own advertised timeframe. After waiting for months, I don’t think repeatedly telling a customer that an order is “in transit” is an adequate response. I have now formally requested specific, verifiable tracking information and a confirmed delivery date, or a full refund if they cannot provide this. I will update this review if FunnyFuzzy resolves the issue, but based on my experience so far, I would be very cautious about ordering from them in Australia.
