Ordered over $300AUD of product in June 2026, it is now October and have not received my order, I have been provided with tracking information that does not work and a half-arsed offer of 10% discount on future items when my order arrives - if it even exists - THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE anything from these criminals

Pedido sin recibir hace más de 2 meses
El 21 de julio realice un pedido de dos fundas de cama por importe de más de 60€. Más de 2 meses después sigo no solo sin recibir el pedido sino que me responden cada vez con una cosa diferente y me dicen que una vez enviado el producto no pueden reembolsarlo. Además de ello, cada vez que reclamo el Pedido la respuesta es diferente. Denunciaré lo ocurrido por estafa a las autoridades.

TERRIBLE Company!
TERRIBLE Company!! Placed an order Aug 7, 2026 which was confirmed that day, and an email that said “On its way” Aug 10. I followed up with them Sept 1 and received a response it was still on its way. It’s now Oct 5, and I have received nothing, so I decided to do a Facebook search (as this is where I saw their add) and the complaints we beyond numerous with many people complaining it was a scam. I double checked the internet who confirmed there were MANY complaints against this business, so I am now another person filing a complaint and urging others not to make a purchase from them. I will be contacting my bank card, and hopefully, there will be enough complaints that they will no longer be able to operate; although I suspect they have already made a lot of money by not fulfilling orders or providing a poor product.

SURTOUT NE COMMANDEZ RIEN Ma commande ##FR50716 du 22.02.2026 ne m'est jamais parvenue. Leurs réponses à mes multiples réclamations ne sont que du blablabla ... . Remboursement impossible. Une vraie arnaque !

Très mauvaise expérience !
Une étoile, c'est encore de trop! Une commande passée le 6 août , aucune nouvelle. Je relance, demande un remboursement et à chaque fois, une réponse automatisée qui demande de patienter.

If considering an order DONT DO IT …
I’d recommend never ordering from this company. It is a real shame as their products are lovely but what a ridiculous carry on!!! I made an order in early June. It is now October and they still can’t provide tracking information! Chasing every week total waste of my time. Beyond frustrating, I would give minus 10 stars if it was an option.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!! SHOCKING company ordered a bed for my dog 31st August still to be told my order hasnt been dispatched yet what an absolute joke!!!!!! Trying to get a refund which is proving difficult but I am not giving up. Disgusting how some businesses are!!!!!!!
