This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Says 2-3 days delivery, it’s been 3 weeks and they have only sent one of the 3 items I ordered. No communication from them and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT order from them I am now having to raise this with my bank. Also the product is horrible so an absolute waste of time and effort. No return instructions enclosed.

No hay información sobre mis pedidos
Hice un pedido el 18 de mayo y me mandaron un mensaje que iba a haber un ligero retraso por los aranceles pero ya se cumplió un mes y no tengo información de mi pedido ni tengo como rastrearlo. No se han comunicado conmigo y estoy a punto de hacer un gasto doble porque mi perro de 13 años no puede estar sin cama más tiempo.

Poi alla mia utima mail hanno risposto così: Speriamo che questa email ti trovi bene. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per il tempo di attesa prolungato. Sfortunatamente, ci sarà un ritardo nella consegna del tuo ordine. Se sei disposto ad aspettare, saremo lieti di offrirti un rimborso del 10% come risarcimento una volta che l'articolo è stato consegnato con successo. NON FATEVI FREGARE QUESTA E' UNA TRUFFA!e io stupida ad esserci cascata, purtroppo!

Dog bed is very poor quality
Dog bed is very poor quality, in the process of trying to return it, but hasn’t been easy so far. $104 for this bed which is very thin and will flatten quickly with a 92lb door, no support to it

The bed I ordered did not arrive till I chased
It looks like the company forgot to send the bed I ordered. It was despatched quickly following my enquiry. Unfortunately, I too had forgotten and mistakenly bought another bed in the meantime.
