Merci beaucoup

It did take longer, this time for my product to arrive, compared to my other purchases, but I give a 5 star due to they emailed me back quickly. to let me know my product was taking longer due to tariff issues. Love my couch protecters, fit well and they are very well made

Ya he reunido pruebas y capturas.

I ordered almost 4 weeks ago and no shipping update. When I contacted to find out where it was they said it would be shipped soon and still nothing a week later. I have asked for a refund and sent a further 3 emails to which there has been no response. This company is stealing customers money and now my dog has no bed in winter due to no funds to replace until I can get my money back. UPDATE: Fuzzy I have sent you emails to the email requested from you below on the 30/6 no reply. I emailed on the 3/7, you replied on the 4/7 saying you would prioritise my order. I sent an email on the 5/7 saying that's not good enough and I'd like a refund. Still no shipping confirmation came through. I then emailed on the 8/7, with still no confirmation of shipping requesting a refund and no response from your support email which you have asked to contact. In the meantime I have reported the business to the ACC and requested a refund from my bank seeing as you are not responding directly
