Vorsicht Betrug! Versandt braucht über 4 Wochen und länger, Kundenservice ist absolute Katastrophe! Ware ist weder wasserabweisend noch schützt es die Möbel wie beschrieben. Die Ware ist billige Chinaware ! Einfach nur Abzocke, habe paypal eingeschaltet und Käuferschutz genutzt. Also kauft nicht bei funnyfuzzy sind Betrüger!!!

Order 31th of may not received
Made a order 31th of may. Got the first email about my order saying it will be shipped in 3 days. Tried to reach support atleast 6 times without respond. My order haven’t yet been shipped. This company is really bad and it’s a SCAM. DONT BUY FROM THEM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Order #FF612602S Update after their reply Seems that they only reply when you write here. Yes I got your email and I tried to replay to that email 5 times without any respond. Please get back so I know why I haven’t received my purchase that I made 2 month ago.

Their reply here is just smokescreen...
I made an order on June 21st - never got tracking mail, wrote two times, no response, had to write a bad review here in order to get a reply from them here - to check my mail. But there was no mail. And I wrote again that I want my money back (order number #FF626222S - in case they are reading here, this is my request), and posted an update on my review - still no reply from them. I wish I did my research before, reading all other reviews I never would have ordered. Would give a minus rating if I could. Sadly.

The order was placed the night of 6/15
The order was placed the night of 6/15. Delivery info was supposed to be given 1 to 3 days after purchase. No response was provided until about 5 or 6 days but no shipping information provided so I requested a cancellation of the order and response on the request went dead until earlier this week that it was in its way. Repeated attempts were made to cancel the order and your company was unresponsive. The package was delivered on 7/11/25 almost a month later, and unfortunately while I was having surgery. I had planned on refusing the order if or when delivered. As a result, we opened the package today to see if we should just keep it as a back up, however the sizing was not as described. It was too small, our two small dogs. And surprise no response from your company to provide a return label. I have disputed this transaction with my bank.
