Ordered a dog bed in June
Ordered a dog bed in June, order confirmed, no dispatch details despite many emails asking when the expected delivery is. received 2 replies with basic generic emails which offered no information at all. I have asked for a refund, twice and i have had no response from emails since requesting a refund. I have now gone back to my bank as the money was taken 3 weeks ago !! and they will be dealing with this Company.....i would avoid at all costs....because that's what it will do........cost you !!!
