Paid for and never dispatched, won't refund
I paid for 2x dog jackets on 9th June. On the 17th, I still had not received dispatch confirmation so I followed up. They advised me on the 20th they could not provide an ETA and that there would be "a delay", offering me a 10% refund as compensation if I was willing to wait. I advised them the same day I was NOT willing to wait and wanted a full refund if they could not provide an ETA. 17th July, I am still waiting for any kind of response, let alone a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
