I have not had my order after 6 weeks…
I have not had my order after 6 weeks and get no response to my email and website form requests for updates do not bother wasting your money now I have to try and get it back from the credit card company
Following this post I have an email saying sorry we will investigate but still no reassurance that I will either get the product or a refund and the email address they told me to use rejects my emails

Hallo zusammen,
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter.
Ich habe ein "kühlendes Kissen" bestellt. Es war so gut wie keine Füllung enthalten. Ich hatte Fotos an den Anbieter geschickt sowie eine Reklamation über PayPal eingestellt. Auf die Zusendung der Fotos kam keine Reaktion und die Reklamation über PayPal wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich dem Anbieter sogar angeboten habe nur einen Teil zu erstatten damit ich mir selbst eine Füllung nach kaufen kann.
Der nächste Schritt wird bei mir meine Rechtschutzversicherung sein.
Zusätzlich hat die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert.

Scam: Order not received
Ordered a dog bed 3 weeks ago, received the order confirmation right away but haven’t heard anything since. I’ve sent an email, an enquiry through the website and an Instagram message to which there has been no reply. Extremely poor customer service and a total scam.

The bed has no structure and it’s way…
The bed has no structure and it’s way too small. The bed is 1/2 the size I expected. I ordered a large size but it’s made for a small dog, not a medium size dog. My dog is the size of a golden retriever but the bed is made for a Corgi.
I emailed to get my money back but they have not responded.

The package took a little while to get here, but the tracking was very accurate and arrived in good shape. The couch covers were good quality & I love the color.
