I have ordered 3 items over a year. I am happy with the seat cover for the sofa. The full sofa cover for a 3 seater did not cover the arms had to tuck it down the sides. The covered dog bed did not have enough filling in the base you could feel the floor, fabric is very thin looks like it will ripe easily.

After receiving confirmation of my order I didn’t hear anything for weeks. Send emails which were never answered. Tracking link did not work. I had paid through PayPal and, after contacting them, they issued a full refund immediately. Thank goodness I used PayPal! Today I received a plastic hook from the company - just why? Total scam. Beware - they are still advertising on Facebook!

I was very happy to give benefit of the doubt even after a very nice email just asking if anything had been dispatched to which I had no response at all. And then then joy at getting a PayPal notification for a package about a month later...again benefit of the doubt. Well I got my package of 4 nice big sofa covers with non slip backing in my letter box...I mean wow thats impressive! Oh no they sent me a half pence worth of sticky hook! Thanks for the compete waste of time..it even says on the label what's supposed to be in there! Order FFPET258773

Have just received a new dog bed costing £82 after waiting over 4 weeks. It is totally unusable due to a broken zip which allows the internal foam to just fall out!!! You cannot speak to anyone - only email. Asked for refund but will go through my bank if needs be. However the sofa cover is excellent and doesn't move at all. Shame about the big ticket item which was very much needed for my growing puppy!!! I note that I have had a reply from funnyfuzzy.com asking for photos. These have been sent to your UK email on 14th August 2025 which was the email address showing when I ordered this useless bed!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I trusted this company, placed my order, paid in full… and they never sent my package. When I tried to reach out for help, their customer service blocked my email entirely (and I only sent three emails, so it’s not like I was spamming them ). I never got my money back. This is theft, plain and simple. Avoid at all costs!
