I ordered a pet cooling mat from this company on June 30th. I emailed twice for tracking details - they never replied. Weeks later, my “order” finally arrived, and it was nothing but a cheap plastic hook. Not only did they send the wrong item, but their total lack of communication makes this business look like a scam. Save yourself the frustration and your money - avoid this company at all costs.
