Scam and thieves
Scam and thieves! Never received my order and they will not respond to my emails. Do not order from this site!! It’s a complete scam. Hope they get shut down before they steal someone else’s money

They replied then ignored me again - not a legitimate business I suspect
Update: Today is 3 weeks since placing, no updates, replies to emails - nothing! I read this fake company's reply who claimed they couldn't find my order so I provided it again to them on email AND via Trustpilot but ignored yet again. I'm now convinced they are a scam & I've probably lost my money....... Almost 2 weeks on from placing order - absolutely nothing! No update, no acknowledgement or reply to emails. In this day & age if this company is legitimate they are woefully lacking the tools to conduct business online! Not a clue if I've lost my money, whether I'll ever get my items or when. Shameful! I'd avoid!

Wonderful product but issues with customer care
I ordered a great little product from them (#FF645601S) and had thought about ordering from them again in the future. I understood that there would be a delay as I ordered just before the new Trump tarrifs took effect, so delays were expected. I contacted their support and they were very happy to reply quickly and they even offered a partial refund owing to the expected delays. The package arrived exactly as described and i wrote to thank them and to enquire about the refund. Days have passed without a word from them, I wouldn't even have contacted them had they not mentioned a potential refund, but I wanted to enquire. Nothing, no more client service, this makes me uneasy about making future purposes or should I need to return something. Good company but I don't like the absence of contact after sale.

I never recieved my purchase
I never recieved my purchase and they didn't respond any of my emails. I bought a Large dog outdor jacket for AUD 69.64 on the 2nd of July, two weeks later I started to send emails to ask about my purchase and 3 weeks latter asking for a refound, never got any answer.Is the 14th of August and still haven't recieved anything, and yesterday I got an email from Funny Fuzzy asking how was my purchase, what a joke. I hope nobody buy anything from this site, is a total scam.

Ripped off
I ordered a pet bed. My money was taken quickly but the product hasn't arrived. I've been trying to contact them but no response. Fraudulent company. Don't order from them.

Don’t order from this company!
Wish I’d googled this company before I ordered. Placed an order a month ago and have had nothing since. Emailed them to find out what was going on, and was offered a 20% refund when the order is delivered. When I enquired how much longer I had to wait I was essentially fobbed off and told they couldn’t offer any time frames but were working hard to process orders. I guess we’ll see if I ever actually receive anything. Wish I’d just gone to Kmart.
