FUNNYFUZZYReviews of funnyfuzzy.com

Ordered over a week ago and have not heard anything since about dispatch or delivery! Contact options are onsite get no response.

This was effectively an "empty box" scam. The order took two months to arrive and instead of containing the £73 worth of sofa covers we ordered it contained a small self-adhesive hook. My assumption is that they sent a value-less item in order to be able to provide tracking data to avoid a claim for a refund through Paypal. Edit: on 24/08/2025 Funnyfuzzy refunded the order and emailed me to confirm. Original purchase was 24/05/2025.

Avoid like the plague ordered dog cushion on 4th June 2025 as of today 15th of August no item received and no refund despite being offered one WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ……..two days after posting this review funny fuzzy said parcel delivered (which it wasn’t) and to send a picture of my front door and letter box? I told them if the delivery company had taken a photo what colour is my front door (still waiting for a response still very wary of dealing with this company.it is now the 5th of September according to PayPal funny fuzzy was sending a refund which was shown as pending on my PayPal account this never materialised so after three months I am still without a dog bed or a refund.DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. NOW THE 10thOF OCTOBER AND STILL NO SIGN OF A REFUND HAD TO GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER TO GET DOG CUSHION SURPRISE SURPRISE WHEN TALKING TO THE SHOP ASSISTANT SHE ALSO HAD UNSUCCESSFUL DEALINGS WITH FUNNY FUZZY.

I only came too late to Trustpilot to check this company! I ordered a dog bed (No. #FFPET268804 Ordered at: 2025-08-08 01:56 am), trusting that this will be just another purchase online with a follow up and monitoring of the progress and shipment. Nothing of the sort! Total silence after the confirmation of my order. The money was taken on the same date, from what I can see from my bank statement but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened after that. I can see with dismay that there are thousands of customers of FUNNYFUZZY who are in my same position. I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE REFUND! Also, sort out your customer care department! In our days do you seriously think you will survive by taking money and keeping your customers in total silence regarding their orders?

First item came 4 weeks later but wasnt in a hurry & the quality was good. Im afraid i have given a 1 star as waiting 6 weeks for my next order, still no order with loads of chasing, so now have to wait for a refund. This is not a UK site as it says! Very disappointing & will not be ordering from them again & lets see if I get the refund!
