I would give this company zero stars if…
I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered a dog bed over a month ago. It never shipped, I have contacted customer service multiple times and they refuse to refund d or cancel the order and swear the order is in transit. Ive received orders faster from Temu. Stay away from this company!!

I ordered sofa covers
I ordered sofa covers, they took so long to arrive, when they did arrive they were the wrong colour, so I wanted to return them. They did not reply to emails for a refund, so I had to take this up with PayPal. On their website it states if you receive the wrong order they will pay for shipping costs for the return, however they are not sending a return label so I have to pay for the shipping myself. I’m never ordering again from this company!

Items never arrived
Items never arrived and it’s been almost a month since the order was placed. I emailed multiple times over the past month and the solution offered was to “refuse the shipment”. How can I refuse a shipment that never arrived?! I cannot believe they are even in business but shame on me for not checking trust pilot first and trusting an influencer for a dog bed recommendation. Do NOT give this company your money, items will get stuck in China and are marked as shipped, even though it never arrives, good luck ever finding your order. They also requested I send photos of the delivery location, even though it never arrived or showed as delivered according to their tracking number. Very strange business practice and questionable customer service.

Hice un pedido el 10 de Junio con #FF619440S y adivine qué? SIGO ESPERANDO a día 19 de Agosto. Cómo es posible? Me enviaron un correo a la semana diciendo que había mucha demanda pero que estaban trabajando en mi pedido. Luego he escrito 5 correos más en todo este tiempo esperando una respuesta, mi pedido o la devolución de mi dinero y es imposible contactarse con ustedes. No tengo nada en SPAM tampoco. A ver si se dignan a escribir, si no, está claro que es una ESTAFA.

Ordered our product over a month ago
Ordered our product over a month ago. Tracking number status unchanged in 1 month. Product not even arrived in Australia after 1 month. Customer service only apologise. I suspect I may never receive what we ordered. Do not trust this company

DO NOT ORDER
I placed an order worth £60 from this company well over a month ago and I haven’t received anything, not even notification of my order being shipped. I have sent multiple emails and not had any helpful response. Wasted money I wish I had bought from elsewhere. I have been in contact with their support email many times already including my order number. Not that I should have to.
