Ordered a dog sofa bed on 9th June still not received it. Has been 10 weeks now with numerous e mails sent but no response only the one saying there is a delay and I would get 10% back on delivery. Had a hook posted from an international company can only assume from them as had nothing else on order. Now going through the bank to reclaim the £93. Unbelievable how this company have got away with this for so long. I wish I read the reviews but have noticed on the gov.uk site they went into liquidation in November 24. Wish I had known sooner and will never buy from an unknown company on the internet again

Ich habe heute nach mehrfacher Anfrage eine E-Mail erhalten, in der behauptet wurde, der Spediteur sei für die verspätete Lieferung verantwortlich. Das ist absolut unglaubwürdig, da mir über PayPal die Information vorliegt, dass die Ware überhaupt nicht an einen Spediteur übergeben wurde. Mein Fazit: Vorsicht! Hier besser nichts bestellen, es sei denn, man legt keinen Wert auf eine tatsächliche Lieferung. Update: Ich habe Sie bereits mehrfach kontaktiert. Seit über einem Monat warte ich nun auf meine Bestellung – das ist völlig inakzeptabel. Mein Rat: Kauft lieber woanders, aber auf keinen Fall hier.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago they still haven’t shipped my order . I have sent numerous emails multiple times with no response . I have requested a refund for my order still no response. Don’t buy from this company ever . I will be reporting them

2 months and still no order. I paid through Klarna and tried to cancel through Klarna and via Funny Fuzzy (2 emails). Funny Fuzzy came back to Klarna (but not to their customer) saying that they did not cancel my order (then where is it) so Klarna putting through order - I don't think so! I have sent four emails two of whichwith my cancellation - this company should not even be called a company, they take people's money and that's it! Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Bonjour, j’ai passé commande le 28/07/2025 d’un article et je suis toujours dans l’attente de sa réception. Aucun moyen de contacter le service client par mail car je reçois systématiquement une information en retour pour échec de mon envoi. Mon compte bancaire a pourtant bien été débité du montant de cet achat. Impossible d’obtenir des informations sur le suivi de ma commande. C’est inquiétant et désespérant. Nous sommes le 21/08. J’ai reçu un mail qui est un mail type adressé à toutes les personnes qui ont un problème de réception de commande. Il est fait mention d’un envoi ce jour d’un mail explicatif qui se trouverait dans mes spams. Après consultation, rien! Serait-ce une arnaque? Je demande une explication nette et précise sur la date d’envoi de ma commande et son suivi Il m’a été répondu par mail en date du 22/08, qu’un remboursement de 66,74€ correspondant au montant de ma commande avait été effectué. Or, nous sommes le 26/08 et je n’ai toujours rien sur mon compte bancaire. Est-ce une réponse « bidon » pour calmer l’acheteur. Merci de faire le nécessaire en urgence car je suis en train de penser que c’est une belle arnaque.

Utterly awful and fraudulent company. Wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering. Paid through PayPal and when I realised they were a dodgy company I requested the order to be cancelled. They refused to communicate through PayPal but put a fake tracking number on the order despite emailing me directly to say they had cancelled the order. Tried to get me to cancel the complaint through PayPal as they ‘couldn’t refund with a claim open’! The entire point of a claim is that you can refund and the claim is closed. Very simple. Utter scam artists who have already been shut down by the UK Insolvency Service in November 2024.

Wir haben ein Hundekissen am 04.08.2025 bestellt und nicht erhalten. Wir wurden vertröstet, dass das Kissen unterwegs sei. Eine Tracking Nummer wurde auch nicht als Nachweis übermittelt. Bloß nichts dort bestellen!!!!

🚨 DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE!!! I really wish I had read the reviews below before purchasing from Funny Fuzzy. They take your money instantly, but there is absolutely no accountability, no delivery updates, and no customer service support whatsoever. Despite sending multiple emails asking for delivery timelines, I received zero response. They are completely silent once they have your payment. There is no transparency, no tracking, and no indication of when (or if) your order will ever arrive!!!!
