PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - I feel they’ve stolen from me
Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I’ve emailed and received an auto email ‘ticket #’ .. though NOTHING ELSE and it’s been over a week since receiving the, what seems like ‘pretend’ auto email in the attempt to put a co Sumer off. I’m usually extra cautious .. and this is disheartening as it was an order for my daughter and her partners dog. Shameful.

NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND & NO COMMS
Order no FF33159U was placed on 3rd June. 14th June a reference number was given to state the item was on its way. Since then, the tracking number doesn't exist, no goods received and inspite of submitting emails, I have had no comms for 2 weeks. I have asked for a refund as this company has taken my money, not provided the item and not responded to me. I have had to buy a temporary car carrier and if by some miracle this unwanted purchase finds its way to me it will cost ME further money to return. I WANT A REFUND and I demand a response. Do not buy from this company, their customer service is appalling.

I purchased a dog car seat 7/6/2026
I purchased a dog car seat 7/6/2026, have had no update on the purchase - current sitting in status ‘waiting for details’ I’ve emailed the company twice with no reply - do not waste your money. Disappointing.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
The Saga continues when dealing with this company. Ordered in may with no order sent. After numerous emails back and forth was told 10 days ago money would be refunded. Still waiting. Contacted bank and they have no funds showing for this company. Do not touch this company at any cost. Cause all you will lose is your money. Had a cheek to email me and to give a good review as they had sorted the problem. No its not resolved. Wish I had never bought from them. They have only brought stress at a time that i really didnt need it as ive lost my husband suddenly and having to deal with this despicable company

Order took like 3-4 months to arrive
Order took like 3-4 months to arrive, no response to emails asking about it. I was about to lodge a complaint and try to get a refund from my bank as I was convinced I was scammed when my order finally arrived.

Problems still ongoing
I previously wrote a review, highlighting my very poor experience with this company. They responded - which was a first. Unfortunately though the refund has not been processed and back to no communication. One star is too high a rating for this company.
