Delivery times are ridiculous! Ordered a dog car carrier on the 30th of July and still have not received it. Contacted FunnyFuzzy customer support who sent me a tracking link that does not work and then when I followed up was informed "whilst we understand that waiting for an order can seem like an eternity we don't do any magic tricks to speed up the time and sometimes it likes to take a scenic route." I think this is an insane way to operate a business and speak to paying customers. Informed in the email I would receive parcel in the next 12 days like this was good news having already waited for 26 days!!! I saw this product on Tik Tok and realise now that the company only seems bothered about ensuring social media influencers receive goods on time in order to promote them but they take little care when it comes to their actual paying customers. Disgusting delivery wait times, disgusting customer service responses and overall, what feels like a scam company. Would not recommend purchasing anything from here. I am yet to see the quality of the product but if it is anything like the ordering/delivery and customer service experience I have very little hope.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY! They only reply when you post on here and they lie in their response saying they have either contacted you, provide a fake shipping link or tell you they refunded you but haven’t! I have not received any products or refunds and haven’t been waiting MONTHS FF12328AU
