Total scam. Order a large cooling Dog bed and a cooling mat on 21st June. Nothing sent and no replies to emails paid through PayPal so lodged a complaint. Next day Fuzzy funny said it was posted. What they sent was a plastic clip. PayPal now says they have delivered the item and refuse refund. Funny fuzzy still won’t reply to messages. Total scam

After waiting over a month, still no deliver of the items I ordered and the company is not responding to me and my requests for updates.

Ich habe vor fast 2 Wochen 4 Dinge bestellt, sofort bezahlt und..... bis heute nichts erhalten. Die Lieferungsverfolgung funktioniert auch nicht. Auf Nachfragen wird nicht reagiert. Sehr, sehr unschön. Ich werde jetzt meinen Chef, ich arbeite als Rechtsanwaktsfachangestellte, mit Weiterungen beauftragen !!!

My dogs love this. Probably because they have a spot on the sofa. It stands up to a Mini Pin that likes to dig into the corner and finally sleep. Our Treeing Coon Hound loves it because she stretches out, turns on her back and is napping. I have bought three of these. Buy it! You’ll love it!!!

Never received product and they refuse to issue a refund. Even their website says it was not shipped yet and its been a month. STAY AWAY

ARNAQUE Je ne comprends pas comment ce site peut encore être en ligne Ce sont des voleurs… J’ai effectué une commande il y a des mois qui n’arrivait jamais, j’ai contacté le site ils m’ont dit que le colis était en chemin. Puis toujours pas de nouvelles. Après les avoir menacé bizarrement j’ai été remboursée le lendemain. N’achetez jamais chez eux il ny a que des avis négatifs. De plus si vous lisez la partie « mention légale » vous verrez que cette partie n’est pas remplie il reste encore la trame…

The dog bed was not as advertised. It was not orthopedic as specified and was not full. You can feel the floor threw the bottom. No cushion at all. I have reached out to them to return it and they have still not sent return information after back and forth email a few times. They also quit responding to my emails requesting a return label and they arw requesting that I pay to return the dog bed. They have horrible customer service and products.

I'm happy with these sofa covers and would buy again. They fit my sofas perfectly. They look great and both shades suit our neutrals-blue-grey decor (I bought a pair of cream and a pair of light blue covers). They are comfortable and the non-slip backing works well. They look and feel good quality although I haven't as yet tested them in the washing machine. The price seems very reasonable considering the nice quality. I'm giving a 4 rather than 5 star rating as they took a long time to arrive.
