Ordered 23 days ago, and still no delivery or information on shipping.
We ordered from this company, and paid extra for expedited delivery. (3-7 days). As of today, we are 23 days and counting since the order, and we still have NO TRACKING DATA. I Emailed the company twice and both times they said that it was shipped, and they cannot offer a refund. I am concerned that I have been scammed.

customer service is terrible
The waiting time to receive the products is excessive. The customer service is terrible; they don't provide accurate information about the shipment or the tracking number. I made a purchase in May and I haven't received any response.

The website glitched when I first tried…
The website glitched when I first tried ordering a cream-colored stool, and when the order went through, it confirmed a default black color that I did not want. I tried again, and successfully ordered cream color and asked to have the BLACK Order #FF643223S canceled. I sent a separate email 7/20 repeating this request, after I received order confirmations for both orders. I continued trying to reach FunnyFuzzy concerning these orders, which both were sent in spite of my cancellation request. Since then, I’ve been told I could simply refuse the package and I could receive a refund. THEN, they informed me that I would have to pay for shipping (the package is not small) and I would have to ask for the address…

Items paid for were never dispatched and I was never refunded
I ordered items totalling £51.64 on 19 August 2025. The items were never dispatched. When I contacted the company asking for an update, I was told they could not give me any indication of when the items would be dispatched. When I asked for a refund, they never replied and never refunded my money. FFPET271627 Update (12 Sept) Company asked for my order reference number They were provided with this number both by email and on Trust Pilot and they still haven’t resolved the issue. Avoid giving any money to Funny Fuzzy!

Awful Customer Service
Here, like everyone else as I don't get a response from their email address which should provide 24/7 support. Made an order on the 7th of August, 1 month later, no item received, no response via email. If anyone can help me with some information about order #FF3020IT that would be great. Thank you.

Avoid this sham of a company
Whatever you do, do not order anything from this company. I am still waiting for my delivery of sofa covers after nearly two months. I have emailed their customer service department and have had no response whatsoever. I wish I had paid by visa so I could get my money back. I have asked for a refund but hey no response. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Avoid them at all cost.
