A few of my family members have pets, and use couch covers from Funny Fuzzy. They seemed to be satisfied with them, so I decided to give FF a try (I have pets who visit occasionally and thought the covers would help keep my furniture clean). I initially ordered a couch cover in June with a promo code; it was easy enough to order via Shopify and I even received a second promo ($10 off more additions if I wanted more items). So I added some couch "sticks" to help stabilize the cover, and a small gift for a family pet, all with shipping protection. I received a tracking number pretty quickly, but soon realized I couldn't track the package. When using the number provided, nothing came up online anywhere. When I contacted Funny Fuzzy support a few days later, they assured me "we have checked and your package is in expedited in transit". No mention of what carrier to expect or when. I happened to be shopping on Amazon a month or so later and found Funny Fuzzy items there, so I ordered a couch cover, just in case. (That one arrived as promised in two days!) In early September I finally got a notice from USPS that a package was arriving via One Stop Mail. Had no idea it was my initial FF couch cover, but there it was. Ironically, apparently I'm receiving a refund for the other items I ordered - according to a Funny Fuzzy update email, the other items "couldn't be shipped due to a package anomaly". I'm giving two stars on this review because I'm hopeful re: that refund and it was easy to check out through Shopify. Otherwise, FF's lack of communication and unhelpful tracking info deserves one star. I didn't exactly want to shop at Amazon, but at least I got the item I ordered, quickly, and I could track it. I will not be ordering from Funny Fuzzy again.

Hice el pedido #FF655361S el 7 de Agosto 2025. Escribí el primer correo el 13 de agosto y me sorprendí que me contestaron el 14 de agosto comunicando un retraso con los pedidos y que habías contactado con el almacén para acelerar mi pedido. Obviamente no ha pasado nada desde entonces. El estado del pedido sigue confirmado con la nota "Hemos recibido tu pedido" pero no hay nada sobre el seguimiento. El 29 de agosto escribí otra vez pero sin requesta (y he controlado bandeja de entrada y la carpeta de SPAM). He vuelto a escribir otra vez hoy 5 de Septiembre. Ya no tengo muchas esperanzas. Nunca jamás.

Ich habe ein Hundebett bestellt. Kam nie an. Auf Mails gab es keine Reaktion. Zim Glück hab ich über Paypal schnell das Geld zurückbuchen können. Nie wieder!!!!!

If I could rate it zero stars I would! We ordered from this company over a month ago (order number FFPET266391) with zero updates and the product hasn't even dispatched. I have emailed their support numerous times with no response (even though on replies on other reviews they says they have 24/7 customer service). Looked into them more after another review said they had been legal action from the UK government and it is true the company was dissolved in the UK for their products and not providing their financial statements. They also seem to screen their reviews on their website hence only the handful of 5* reviews my review was not loaded when I submitted it. I wish I had seen trust pilot before waisting money and having to claim it back. Avoid at all Costs!

I placed two orders, one on May 21, 2025, and another on July 7, 2025, for products for my dog. They took my money immediately, but I have not received either order. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update and have also asked for a full refund, but I have received no response and my money has not been returned. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Do not waste your time or money here. AVOID buying from this site at all costs.

Gros scam. 15 jours pour traiter la commande, commande soit-disant expédiée le 20 août, impossible de suivre le colis, à éviter à tout prix.

Commande passée le 15 août (Commande ##FR41687) et toujours aucune nouvelle à ce jour : ni confirmation d’expédition, ni suivi, rien. La commande avait pourtant bien été confirmée par mail. Impossible également de joindre le service clientèle via le site (il ne fonctionne pas). Je demande le remboursement immédiat de ma commande.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé commande sur le site le 16 août 2025 et n’avons pas de nouvelles de cette dernière si ce n’est qu’elle est confirmée. Information qui date du 16 août 2025 également. Notre commande porte le numéro ##FR41758. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises et sur différentes adresses mail que j’ai trouvé et je n’ai eu aucun retour à ce jour. L’arrivée de notre chiot arrive à grand pas et nous n’aurons probablement pas son sac de transport pour aller le récupérer !
