Do not buy from this company. I placed an order over two weeks ago, still no shipping update. I contacted the company and they could not tell me when it will be shipped. Upon asking for a full refund, they have now gone silent. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing! FunnyFuzzy- you do not need to reply to this review, it is pointless.

I placed my order July 27th. I kept trying to 'track it' the website said waiting for carrier to pick up order. After a week I contacted the company and they assured me it would ship. A week later, nothing..so I contacted them again and they said be patient, sorry for the delay, etc. Then they said they were going to re-do my order. After a month they have stopped answering my emails, and I have never received my order, and now there is 'nothing' under my tracking order. I wish I would have read more reviews before ordering. Their products look great, but they are a scam, they take your money and never ship the items.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I too am now experiencing the same issue many others have wrote about. I placed my order on 27th July and have received nothing. My email was promptly answered when I chased it up after 4 weeks saying “We understand your concern regarding the delay. Our warehouse is already processing a re-send for your order to avoid further waiting. We’ll share the tracking details with you as soon as it’s shipped out”. However now even more time has elapsed and I’ve asked for a refund, it’s all gone quiet and the emails I’ve sent in the last few days have gone unanswered. I was also sent an auto generated email to fill out a review but it seems they don’t post the negative ones! It’s very misleading having UK in their name as these products do not come from the UK!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Same story to others. Order confirmed on 10th August and then nothing. I've emailed twice and still nothing. Should have realised it was a scam website. Have highlighted this to my bank who are investigating.

Order Ref: FF52071GN02 - I placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. They were happy to take my money right away and bombard me (nearly daily) with product emails since my order was put through, however no response to emails that have been sent. To date I have sent 2 emails requesting a delivery date, but no response. For a company that claims to have it's 5 year anniversary, the customer service is shocking!!!! I would certainly NOT recommend them. I should have ordered through AMAZON! Do not order from this company. If I do not receive any reply from this review, I will be requesting a refund right away!

I believe this company is a scam. Order not shipped, did not receive my pet bed for the car and the company doesn't respond to emails. They have also hidden comments on social media I'm sure due to many complaints I’ve emailed support a few times and still haven’t received a response (it’s not in my spam folder either). I placed an order on 9th August which was acknowledged. I subsequently heard nothing and my emails to the company were either not answered or answered generally giving no information. I have a negative post on Trust Pilot and the company contacted me asking for order information which gave them. They then gave me tracking information over a week ago. I have repeatedly tried to find where my goods are but the tracking information does not change and is not updated. I have now asked for a refund.the communication from this company is dreadful but I will not give up on getting a refund.

Leider kann ich nur bestätigen, was geschrieben wird. Ich habe am 18.08. bestellt. Am 20.08. kam ein EMail meine Bestellung wäre unterwegs mit einer Trakkingnummer die es gar nicht gibt. Und wenn man ein EMail an die angegebene EMail Adresse von Funny Fuzzy schicken will dann gibt es diesen Absender gar nicht oder nicht mehr. Schade, ich hätte mich auf die Ware gefreut, nun möchte ich gern mein Geld zurück.
