Took my money, no delivery, no response to emails
Ordered a stair stool for my ageing dog so she could get up on the sofa #FF657426S on 11th August, pricey but looked good. Nothing. Followed up on 2nd of September and today. Nothing. Disgusting that they would prey on the emotions of pet owners who want to do the best for their pets.
