My order has stll not arrived
My order 3FF13202AU was placed on 25th July and this is my third review. The only time you get contacted is when you do a bad review. I even got an email today wanting me to make another purchase. I agree with other customers about doing a group report to authorities.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS This business is a scam, I have never received my order and refund. I have sent several emails to them regarding my order but I never received any response back.

If there was a negative number I would use it - this company is nothing more than a scammer- they took over $80 of my money and three months later Ihave a pile of stupid emails and no product -every email says it's in transit - THREE MONTHS?? Come on. Scammers - avoid like the plague

They're burglars!
They're burglars! Normally I usually read the reviews before buying something online but they had massive advertising for the brand so I trusted....stupid me. After I made the decision to buy I saw all the negative reviews and was ...well , just got robbed. I bought a 70€ bed and I send them an email saying that they were 1 month late and wanted the tracking number and to know where was the damn bed. They said , send us the number and we'll see. Well. Send them the number...and never again 🤣 I honestly don't know how the hell you can do this to people and still be an active "business". Well make sure to inform everyone to never trust you guys. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. THEY'RE SCAMMERS.

as with most other comments I placed an order on 25-08 and still no product or even delivery date. I sent an email two weeks ago to which I did get a reply to say it’s taking a little longer than normal. I emailed again this week but no response now. AVOID 😡

Read reviews before purchasing!
I have made several purchases and alll have resulted in major shipping delays and out of stock items. My issue is not with either because I understand these things happen. My issue is there is ZERO communication with updates instead I have had to reach out numerous times to see what’s going on. I’m now at well over a month with 2 covers and after 2 weeks got an out of stock email which how does it take 2 weeks to realize you don’t have an item? I have tried to cancel and I constantly get the run around that “it’s been shipped” but still waiting….

Paid for 4-6 day delivery and a month later i had heard nothing from the company, emailed to ask and they said they couldn’t tell me when it would arrive. Only saving grace was they gave a refund. Feel scammed

I’ve been waiting two months for my order! No updates and no refund. They are an absolute scam. Order no FF640563S Edit. I did review the email that they sent me. No response about when I will receive my order or if I’ll get a refund. Just automated junk mail. This company is a scam and their response is AI.
