No response to customer service contact - ordered 2 weeks ago, have tried messaging multiple times and got no response at all to these messages. I will be raising a chargeback I suspect like so many others on here. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else as this place is not real Order number FFPET275072 - I will update this review if I get any sort of reply/delivery from the company Edit 17th Sep - seems complaining on Trustpilot is the way to go with this company, I now have a refund back (to be clear I didn't ask for one they just sent the money back rather than actually delivering what I ordered so I still recommend buying elsewhere if you actually want product)

Unfortunately I have also had a negative experience with this company. I placed an order on 04 July and as of today (15 September) I still have no update on when the item will be shipped. My emails requesting an update are ignored and I have received no communication from the company other than spam marketing material since 17 July. Order Number #FF634588S

*** Heads Up! Still not received mine after 3 months ***. And the polite response on here means nothing ! Nothing happens you just get an email saying it in transit! I would very much rather my order that I made on the 13th June and ps you have my tracking number !

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are a terrible company. I made my order over 3 months ago and still haven’t received any type of information, confirmation, or shipping. Customer service does not respond to emails, even when requesting a refund. I still haven’t heard back despite emailing every week for the last 3 weeks. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. Unless you enjoy wasting money and never getting any type of service in return.

Es una estafa, son unos ladrones, no existe el servicio al cliente,hice mi pedido #FF16997M el 17 de agosto y ni un correo de seguimiento a mi pedido, o sobre su envío, la pagweb me aparece como que no existe, los contacté por mail varias veces sin respuesta. Ordené una cama ortopédica para mi perra de 16 años, que falta de respeto para los miles de dueños de mascotas responsables, estafa a gran escala, deberían proceder legalmente como en uk que les cerraron operaciones. No hay donde solicitar reembolso o cancelación de pedido porque la pag web no funciona. Se levantará una disputa a través de PayPal.

I still haven’t received my order months after making it. After two emails they contacted me asking me to be patient as they were trying to sure a replacement. While also sending hundreds of marketing emails to buy more! Two weeks later no more emails, no products, no replies to my chasing. I’m £50 down. DO NOT USE. I’m know things can go missing but there is no excuse for the poor customer service. Just to add as they have replied. I provided my order number in 2 emails to them so asking for it via this means seems very odd. FFPET268076

Scam company that was shut down by the insolvency service in November 2024 and filed fraudulent accounts. Avoid! I paid £128 for a dog bed that I’ll never see. Ordered and paid for a sofa protector costing nearly £60 with a tracking number on the 3rdof August. It hasn't left China. I contacted them and they did reply requested eight days for their "team" to investigate and resolve the problem. Requested a refund which has been ignored so put in a dispute with PayPal.. I so wished I had read the trustpilot reviews. They responded to my trustpilot review within hours yet after a month haven't resolved the lack of goods or my request for a refund...all they had to do was refund me.
