I have ordered from them before and it was fine. This time, I placed an order mid August and just received a confirmation email. They took my money and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed them multiple times with no response.

’ai passé une commande (réf. ##FR42427) le 29 août 2025 pour un lit orthopédique pour chien. Malgré le paiement immédiat, la commande n’a jamais été expédiée. J’ai contacté le service client pour la première fois le 7 septembre. Plusieurs réponses contradictoires m’ont été données : promesses de compensation (10%, puis 20%) mais toujours aucune livraison. Après plusieurs relances, j’ai demandé un remboursement le 16 septembre puis le 22 septembre. À ce jour, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. Face à ce manque de sérieux et d’honnêteté, j’ai entamé une procédure de litige auprès de ma banque et des autorités de protection des consommateurs. Je déconseille vivement de commander sur ce site tant que la situation n’est pas clarifiée. Update : procédure de litige terminée et remboursement effectué. Dommage que le vendeur soit plus prompt à répondre au litige qu'à mes nombreux emails. Je pense que c'est une arnaque pour tenir en gage notre argent...

Habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten obwohl ich scho 3 mal nachgefragt habe und werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

This is a fradulent company. I ordered a dog bed 6 weeks ago, never received it. No replies from their customer service email. I have had to make a claim through my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

❌ Commande #FR42727 passée le 4 septembre et jamais reçue. Un premier mail envoyé le 21 septembre, resté totalement sans réponse. En consultant les avis en ligne, je découvre que de nombreux clients rencontrent exactement le même problème : aucune commande livrée, service client inexistant. Aujourd’hui, j’ai été contrainte de demander un remboursement. 👉 Site non fiable, à fuir absolument.

Ordered and paid in early August, tracking appeared quickly saying it’s being prepared but hasn’t moved since Aug 8th. Contacted customer service and they did respond twice with no real details and then they just started ignoring me. Now it’s past their longest delivery time and I’ve asked for a refund but I’m not holding out any hope, I’ll raise an issue with PayPal see if that works. These people are shockingly bad at customer service.

Billed me as soon as I ordered Product. Said they shipped the product past there stated processing period. There company tracking number NEVER showed any progress. Finally, I got a FedEx tracking number that just said the label had been created but the product hadn't been received forever. Finally, 14 days past their stated longest delivery, I got the package. Now, they are dragging their feet on sending me a return label so i can return it. I had to purchase an alternative. Wish I have reviewed Trust Pilot reviews 1st. UPDATE: I don't understand FunnyFuzzy's reply. My review doesn't say the Order or who I am. How can they locate my Order without that. Must be a canned response. My order is FF654091S. It arrived 2 weeks past their stated max shipping window (7 to 20 days from shipping date). They said it was shipped on 8/11/2025. I didn't receive the product until 9/24/2025 - 44 days! And, now they want me to pay the return shipping per their shipping policy. If the can make an exception to their shipping policy to deliver 24 days late, I think they can make an exception to provide a return shipping label. I have shared that request back to them today (I've emailed them at least 20 times). And, before you advised me to just refuse delivery. Which I wasn't able to do because I was at work. Who pays for shipping in that case? Like FedEx even does that. FunnyFuzzy needs to do the right thing.
