Made two orders, but they don't give actual feedback, just bot-ready answers. They don't refund you either. I've asked them to refund me three times already, but they haven't. I had to go through my bank and the credit card company to get my money back, and hopefully block them from scamming other people. DON'T BUY IT HERE. It's a scam. They don't have any support on the email they provide or on instagram. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Commande passée le 2 octobre. Nous sommes le 17. Malgré plusieurs mails, aucune réponse concernant le suivi impossible à faire puisque je n'ai toujours rien reçu !!!! Je vous propose donc de bien vouloir m'adresser votre réponse rapidement maintenant faute de quoi, je me verrai dans l'obligation d'user de tous moyens à ma convenance afin d'obtenir le remboursement de mes achats. Je vous confirme vérifier mes spams régulièrement et pas de réponse non plus de ce côté là. Par contre je reçois PARFAITEMENT tous vos mails publicitaires. A très vite donc !

Ordered XL dog bed but it never arrived. Had to dispute the payment with my credit card company as they would not respond to emails and there is no other way to contact them. AVOID!!!!!!

Vorsicht bei diesem Unternehmen. Bestellung wurde nie bearbeitet, Geld wurde aber sofort eingezogen. Zum Glück über Paypal bezahlt. Habe mein Geld zurückbekommen. Auf Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Die Telefonnummer die dabei steht ist aus China, obwohl in der Adresse angeblich der Shop in Frankreich sein sollte.

I think this is company is running a scam Order number FFPET270480 Sofa cover £46.25 Ordered on 15.08.25 I emailed customer support on 29.08.25 to ask for a delivery update, they said there would be a delay and theyd offer me a 10% discount upon delivery, I accepted. (Seems like theyve used this on everyones order reading the reviews as a way to stall!) I emailed them again on 20.09.25 - still not delivered. No response. Chased again on 10.10.25 No response It has now been 9 weeks since I ordered this, still no update or refund. They should not have sold something that was out of stock at the very least it should have been made clear upon purchase that there would be a significant delay / wait. I will be making my friends and family aware not to use this site as they were looking at it. Seems like they could be running a scam

I should have checked the reviews. Same as most here. Ordered 4 weeks ago, contacted their support email 3 times and had nothing back. No update no reply’s. Absolutely rubbish. Steer clear. Update 19 Oct. Great response from funnyfuzzy. Don’t know where my order is and No point contacting their support email as you get no reply. !
