SCAM
Never received my order. When offered a refund I said yes please but never received the refund and they don’t reply to Emails. One big SCAM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I have placed several orders with them in the past with no issues, but my last order has been an absolute joke. I placed an order back on 14 August 25, for €75, so not a small amount of money. I have sent NUMEROUS emails asking the status and every single time they come up with a ridiculous response of my offer being placed on priority and as a gesture of goodwill they will provide a compensation refund of 20%. Just give me what I paid for, or simply refund me my FULL amount!

It took over 2.5 months to receive my…
It took over 2.5 months to receive my product. I sent several emails requesting updates because I received 3 tracking numbers for couriers and they were never collected. Not a single email was responded to.

Ich habe am 6.9.25 dort für über 80€ bestellt und bis heute keine Ware erhalten. Auf Nachfrage reagiert der Händler entweder nicht oder ich wurde vertröstet. Sehr unseriös. Ich werde Anzeige erstatten.

I placed an order on the 14th…
I placed an order on the 14th September. I have sent 3 emails since, firstly requesting to cancel my order, and then to follow up. I have received no response from the company (& no order). So disappointed with this company. Update 19:10- Funnyfuzzy’s reply has suggested I send them an email. I fear they have not read my review properly where I have mentioned that I have emailed them 3 times already and have received no response!

Communist China company using US storefront.
Ordered a large dog Bed along with pet toys. After placing the order they sent me an email saying that if I wanted to track the order I would have to download their app. No. Sent them an email oct 15th saying I refuse to get the app and told them I was disputing the sale with PayPal PayPal ruled in my favor within 24 hrs. Case closed Beware!

They only seem to post positive reviews in their website so I had to write here. Delivery is horrible, didn’t let me know when would it arrive. The Multifunctional Water-repellent Pet Blanket Mattress Protector Flat Sheet is definitely not waterproof. Total waste of money and a complete rip-off.
