Ordered dog coat never arrived
I placed an order for a dog coat on the 30 September. After waiting 18 days for it to arrive I emailed them as there was zero information on if this item had shipped or anything past them thanking me for the order, almost 3 weeks after the order was placed. They did respond quickly which is the only good point here. They proceeded to tell me they have no idea when the item will arrive and thanked me for my patience. Safe to say I asked PayPal for a full refund. Any business cannot be accepting orders for items they have no idea if its in stock or when it will arrive. Unfortunately, I would avoid this company. Update. I sent trust pilot the order number. Nothing back from the company. Seems like they were trying to get the review removed.

Waiting a month and no communication
I placed an order on the 20th of September, emailed a follow up to ask where my item is on the 14th of October and have not had a response - am writing here as I can see the company is responding to reviews so hopefully I can get an answer!! UPDATE - 20th october - no funnyfuzzy - you have not replied to my email, you have sent me a $20 voucher - I want to know when my order is coming!! #FF16450AU

ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED
I have placed the order FF673769S on their website on the 14th of September 2025 and paid 148.61 euros. They were supposed (according to their website) to ship the order within 1 - 3 business days. After a week had passed and I had no news from their side, I decided to send them an email to check if everything was OK with my order. They replied quickly as below: "We sincerely apologize for the extended waiting time. Unfortunately, there will be a delay in the delivery of your order. If you're willing to wait. We would be happy to offer a 10% refund as compensation once the item has been successfully delivered. " I sent them a new email asking how long I should wait for my order to be shipped. Since then, I have not received any reply from them nor have any news regarding my order, even when I asked them to refund my order if they are not going to ship it soon. I am really very disappointed, and I would definitely not recommend this company for your purchases. Be careful before placing your order with this company!

No order received, no response from customer service
I have place an order for a large number of items at the beginning of September 2025. Since then I have not received any updates, all of my follow up emails have been ignored and the order is not received. Looks like it is a scam.

Ordered a large cooling bed in August…
Ordered a large cooling bed in August still have not received item. Emailed several time for order number FFPET270441 Only received one reply to initial email stating a discount once received. Requested a full refund since but no reply from them. Terrible service. They seem to advertise goods that they have not got. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear from them.

Commande passée il y a plus d’un mois. Pas de nouvelles. J’ai contacté le service client qui ne répond pas. Au vu des avis, je vois que le problème est le même pour tout le monde. Belle arnaque. Et ça met de la pub partout sur les réseaux. Quelle honte.

I ordered 2 sofa covers in August and 10 weeks later I am still waiting- I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions without success. I would advise anyone not to order from this company it is a scam
