Fantastic products that my dog loves
Fantastic products that my dog loves! One of the items took a super long time to ship, which was a bit confusing, but the customer support staff helped inform me when the package was expected to send. Everything I have purchased on FunnyFuzzy felt like an improvement for my pup over things sold on Amazon.

Buyers beware!
Buyers beware!! Still questioning if this website is just a scam! Only one way to contact customer service, which is through email and they don’t respond, even with multiple attempts. They claim that shipping goes out within 15 days, but can take up to 30 to ship to you, then provide tracking numbers that say, they cannot be found and tracking websites that also say that tracking number cannot be found. Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business.

Seems to be a scam
Seems to be a scam. Do not buy! Ordered product 4 wks ago, tracking useless seems a “fake” page. No answer to any customer service Emails. Save yourself time and money and buy from somewhere else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP It's taken over 10 weeks to get a dog bed and it's poor quality and missing an item. There is little to no customer service and the contacts are absolutely useless

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. I ordered over a month ago, and customer service never replied to any of my emails. In the end, I had to claim the money back through my credit card company.

VORSICHT BETRUG
VORSICHT BETRUG: Wir warteten ewig auf die bestellte und bezahlte Sendung. Nach Wochen kam ein Teillieferung, bis heute nach ca. 2,5 Monaten fehlt der Rest der Lieferung, trotz mehrfaches schreiben von E-Mails etc. Das ist ein Chinesicher Händler der ist weit weg und es interessiert ihn nicht.
