If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered couch covers in April 2026. My receipt said they should be shipped within 14 days. I have reached out several times through several months being told that they’re sorry for the delay and then I’ll be notified. It is now the end of July 2026 and I still do not have what I ordered. Also, they took full payment before the product was even shipped. So I had to open up a dispute with my credit card company. I know the pictures and all their advertisements look great. But do not order from this company.

It’s been 3 months since I ordered a dog bed and have had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund as this company has ignored all emails

Ordered product in May 2026 it is now July 2026 and still no product has arrived. I would stay away from this company unless you like waiting.

Disgusting company no response.
Ordered on 13th June, chased multiple times no real response just automated (have your message) disgusted by this supplier, I would recommended (NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM) shop elsewhere.

Buyer beware!!!!
Ordered product that was never received. Was even given a tracking number that didn’t apply to any type of package or shipping company. Emailed (the only contact method listed) customer service on three separate occasions, only an automated message response without resolution to issue or any follow up. No product. No refund. No response. Buyer beware!!!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé une commande le 3 juillet, aujourd’hui nous n’avons malheureusement toujours rien reçu. Et surtout le support ne nous répond pas malgré nos relances alors que nous demandons simplement à avoir une date de livraison. Le panier commandé est quand même a plus de 100€ en taille XXL et quand je vois les autres commentaires j’ai même des doutes sur le fait qu’on recevra le bon. Je ne vous recommande pas ce site, malgré les produits qui semble intéressant le service derrière est catastrophique.

Ordered in March and haven’t received my item as of July 23. Tracking info doesn’t work and customer service says it’s in transit… for 3 1/2 months? Definitely a scam.
