Love the fabric and size, but the bottom cushion is a joke. It’s very thin and lumpy would’ve been nicer. Had it been made out of the foam the sides were made out of. I had to purchase two pillows to put in the bottom of it.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They never ship your product, they don't provide updates, they don't respond to messages to customer service asking about where the product is, they don't honor the estimated time to ship. Did not receive a product or message from the business after 2 months despite a promise of ~8-11 business day delivery. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company after being unable to get a refund or response from the company.

ordered on September 25th, received it Oct. 28th, WAY too long to wait. ALREADY has a hole in it and will not return it because I will take my business elsewhere, in a company that has customer satisfaction or at least better quality and better shipping ... will never buy from here again and i will post this on any advertisement I see to warn people, thank you for the false hope of a good product.

Took a long time for product to be delivered. Bed quality not as expected. I attempted multiple times to email customer service for at least an exchange but I haven't received any response
