I only wish there was a minus rating - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS I have never had a more frustrating online shopping experience in my life. Absolute joke and now I can see I'm not the only one - I'm just lucky I got a refund out of them. AVOID AT ALL COST. Ps: Look at the response. AI BS.

Product never shipped! No response from customer service. Absolutely Terrible!
I ordered a product 3 weeks ago which I have not received. There is no tracking information and customer service ignores my requests for status updates. Just silence. Terrible company. Terrible service. There are so many other companies with better service and better products. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Funny fuzzy? Just fuzzy! 7weeks 5 emails and 0 delivery
I ordered a product 7 weeks ago have emailed 5 times no response and email bounced back each time telling me to email the email 🤦🏽‍♀️ Almost wonder if this is a fake product - would not buy!!! After reading the reply the same email is advised - there is no delivery or response from this email.

Horrific customer service.
Horrific customer service. Ordered a dog bed nearly three months ago. Questioning if it will ever arrive. Most of my emails go unresponded. When I do get a response, they can't tell me when I'll receive the bed.

I received my package almost two months…
I received my package almost two months after I ordered it. I asked to have the order canceled but was told I could not. But, I was told to refuse the package when delivered. I wasn't home when the package was delivered. I sent a note to customer service - no response. This was a couch cover for an apartment I was putting together for my parents, so I had to buy a replacement before this order came in. I will absolutely never buy from this organization again. Customer service is atrocious.

Commande jamais envoyé
J’ai passé commande le 13 octobre et la commande a été confirmé directement mais jamais envoyé. Normalement, la livraison se fait sous 2 à 5j ouvré comme indiqué sur leur site donc j’ai contacté le support car rien n’a été expédié depuis mais AUCUNE réponse (à mon mail et sur insta). Pourtant la commande a bien été débité. Je pense essayer de me faire rembourser car j’avais besoin d’un sac de transport pour mon chiot et j’ai dû faire sans par leur faute.

Absolutely do not order from here. I placed an order back in August, I’ve followed up several times via email and get no response. I’ve had to reach out to them via instagram where they respond but just tell me the item is out of stock and will be sent soon. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not buy from here, you’ll never get it!
