Do not buy
Do not buy, it’s likely a capital fundraising trap. I bought 2 months ago, they don’t give eta for shipment but keep offering discounts. I ended up cancelling my order now as doubt it would have come anytime soon.

This is a Scam website. I ordered stuff, it never arrived. They never refunded me and ignored my emails. I have reported them to my bank.

Don’t even bother buying their product
Update: Funny Fuzzy refunded my money. I gave them one extra star for doing the right thing. Don’t even bother buying their product. As enticing as it may be. Customer service is awful. Product comes damaged and they will not pay for return shipping. On large beds that is an issue. It took three months to get the product and it was damaged. I shouldn’t even give it one star, but if I don’t, the review may not show up. Horrible company. You are so much better off buying “best friends by sherry” fluffy beds. They are a Wonderful company and product.

Utter incompetence
I came here to warn people, but the reviews already spell it out. This company has a long history of useless service and still hasn’t bothered to fix a thing. It’s not even surprising anymore — it’s obvious they simply don’t care. I ordered a dog bed a month ago. The first tracking link didn’t work. Then they sent another one, and it shows my order sitting in China for over a month. That’s not a delay, that’s a joke. A pigeon could have delivered it faster. And when you complain, they offer a flimsy 10% discount as if that somehow covers a month-long mess. It’s insulting. It doesn’t fix anything, it doesn’t speed anything up, and it definitely doesn’t make up for the fact they can’t deliver what they promised. Their behaviour is the same every time: take your money, disappear, and only pretend to help when you chase them. My first order “magically” arrived within 48 hours after I complained. That alone says everything about how they operate. Two orders. Two disasters. No improvement. No accountability. No effort. They ignore customers, ignore reviews, and ignore even the basics of running a business. This company is a joke from start to finish. An absolute shambles.
