I placed an order 10 days ago and have still not received any confirmation of dispatch or meaningful updates. After reviewing recent customer feedback, I am now seriously concerned about the legitimacy of the company. As a result, I would like to cancel my order immediately and receive a full refund. Please confirm the cancellation and refund without delay so I can purchase the item from a reliable supplier. If I do not receive a prompt response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a review of any products, because I have not yet received my purchase that was confirmed via email (and the app) on 10/30/25. Nor have I received any update(s) explaining the cause of this delay. It is now well beyond the 3-5 day shipping date expectation I was quoted in my purchase confirmation email. I am quite disappointed with the unexpected lack of communication from this vendor.

I would give FunnyFuzzy zero stars if I could. I ordered sofa covers back in October and still have no confirmed delivery date. I’ve contacted them twice to cancel the order, but they’ve responded claiming their “system limitations” prevent cancellation and that I must wait for delivery and refuse it before a refund can be initiated. This is incorrect and contrary to UK consumer law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. My cancellation request has been ignored, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Do not use this company. UPDATE: 3 December - the sofa covers arrived and I have to say they are really very nice, so on this occasion I will be keeping them - but FUNNYFUZZY definitely need to resolve their delivery issues or at least communicate better.

I placed an order on 31st Aug and have received nothing. I have sent 4 follow up mails to no response, posting here in the hope of getting a refund but not hopeful.
