Terrible company
Terrible company, ordered £65 worth of products back in June. Still not arrived. 3 emails sent, no response. Luckily ordered through PayPal so opened a dispute and got my money back. Do not order from here, got a very similar product from Amazon, arrived the next day.

Arnaque, aucune livraison !
Dommage que je ne puisse mettre 0 étoile car c’est ce que ce site mérite.. Commande passé le 10 Juillet, 2 relances faite par e-mail sans réponse de leur part ! Colis soit disant expédié le 12 Juillet, puis aucune mise à jour depuis. Dieu merci paiement effectué avec PayPal, réclamation faite & Remboursement effectué !

Dont do it
Dont do it! Slow arrival, product not that impressive, terrible customer service communication. Its just a blanket. Only sent my product after a 6 week wait when i asked for a refunf. In a word - shonky

Four months, no dog seat, no refund—and useless “shipping protection”
I wish I had read these reviews before giving FunnyFuzzy my money. I ordered a dog car seat on April 28, 2026, and paid $67.59, including an extra charge for “shipping protection.” It was supposed to arrive by June 26. It is now August 10. I have no dog seat and no refund. Their tracking is a ridiculous, contradictory mess. It showed a FedEx delivery exception in June, then later went backward and said only that shipping information had been received and the package was “ready for pickup.” Apparently my package can travel backward through the shipping process, but it cannot travel to my house. I contacted FunnyFuzzy and received a cute automated email with paw-print language and a ticket number—but no actual help. My refund request was ignored. The company happily charged me for shipping protection, yet getting them to honor that protection has been impossible. FunnyFuzzy has had my money since April. I have received nothing but confusing tracking information, canned responses, and silence. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else. I will update this review if they finally issue the full refund they owe me.

Scam! Avoid.
Ordered a dog car seat from FunnyFuzzy. Wish I had read reviews beforehand. Total scam. Never received my order (wasn’t even sent a tracking link) and they completely ignored the emails I sent them. In the end I had to do a chargeback with my bank. Do not buy from this company.

Liefertermin auch nach 3 Wochen ungewiss, Support reagiert nicht
Nach über 3 Wochen nach Bestellung sind die Produkte immer noch nicht richtig trackbar und der Liefertermin komplett ungewiss. Der Support reagiert nicht, man wird als Kunde einfach ignoriert. Bereue meine Bestellung bei dem Shop

My spouse ordered two dog beds in late June ("Fully Orthopedic Surround Support Waterproof Large Outdoor Dog Bed"). It is August 9th (over 6 weeks later), and our order still has not been delivered. The tracking number for the alleged shipment is not trackable. We would like an update on our shipment within the next 2 business days, please.
