I strongly advise against buying from this store. I placed an order 15 days ago and since then I have received no response at all from customer support. Two of the items have never been shipped, and for one item I was given a tracking number that has been stuck with no updates. I have contacted them multiple times by email and received no reply whatsoever. There has been no explanation, no shipping confirmation, and no solution offered. This level of customer service is unacceptable and very concerning. If you are considering ordering from this store, be very careful and make sure you are protected by your payment provider.

Do not order from this company. Ordered six months ago and even after several lots of communication my order still didn't arrive. Dishonest Scam

I believe this is a scam I ordered a bed on December 12th have not heard anything from them trying to get in touch with them they're not texting me back and order number says does not exist. If I don't hear back with in a couple of days. I am reporting them

Original post 1/5/26 Well, I ordered an Christmas gift for a family member 3 weeks before Christmas. It is now January the 5th. Not only have I not received any communication response from this company when I have attempted to contact them for my purchase that they have already been paid for, but of course no gift either. I would not recommend this group to anyone. Update Post 1/6/25 So this company didn't respond to me until I posted on trust pilot and or canceled my payment through the credit card company. Either way they finally responded. In their response they included the statement that the item had already shipped. Well, according to there system nothing has shipped. So, there is a chance that they don't know how to track their own logistical software but either way not a good look. I reviewed my purchase order and sent them the order number through their customer service portal originally several times and this was their correspondence was today: (Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your urgency in wanting to cancel your order. Once orders are shipped, our system limitations prevent us from making changes.) I have screen caps with date/time stamps in their own system that says nothing has shipped. Amazing !

Ce site est une grosse arnaque. Vous commandez, vous payez et plus de son, plus d'image ! Ma commande FR47312 du 22/12/2025 reste sans nouvelle, n'est toujours pas expédié et quand vous envoyez un mail pour avoir des renseignements c'est silence radio. Ce site est à fuir ! Il n'y a qu'à voir leur site Facebook, aucun commentaire des gens, il bloque tout car sinon il serait foutu. C'est une honte, je suis deg !

Ordered an extra large dog bed from this company costing over £100. The product arrived but despite allowing time for it to reinflate (it was vacuum packed), the padding in the bed was dreadful. It was about 1/3 full compared to the proportions of the dog bed. It meant that soon as you put your hand on it, you were in direct contact with the floor beneath. Then the saga began.... I asked to return the product but instead of providing me the means to do this, I kept getting offers of refunds to various amounts if I did not return the product. I kept saying no as I wanted a full refund. They eventually gave me the contact details (JL Fashion Express LTD) and said that I could drop the parcel at any EVRI drop location. None of them would accept it due to the size so in the end I had to pay to send the item back, costing me £30.00. They acknowledged receipt and informed me that I was entitled to a full refund. Despite paying by card they stated that they were unable to refund the card but could make payment to a paypal account - I do not have one, so that is not possible. Since then they have asked for bank details to make a BACS transfer. They keep saying that this will happen and it does not. In the last two lots of communication they have sent a list of information needed from me to make payment via BACS but the information requested is far more than needed and would make me vulnerable to identity theft/fraud, so I have provided only the information that they require. In amongst this, they had the cheek to send me a 'fun' message saying that it was like a game of hide and seek with my money! I do not expect the money back. They know that it is not worth me taking them to small claims court because of the amount it relates to. Do this enough times to enough people and you make a decent amount. ...Its now 20th January 2026 and they still have not returned my money. Simply do not use and a complete scam.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered 20 September '25. Chased twice 18 and 28 October '25. No response to emails. Initiated a chargeback through card provider. Yet here we are, 4 January '26, and I finally get a response with a generic cut and paste apology and acknowledgement that chargeback happened, so case closed.

Escribo sobre el pedido #FF706909S realizado el 15 de diciembre de 2025. Os pedí FUNNYFUZZY Limited Edition Toy Box porque la había visto a una vecina y me parecía un regalo original y la caja preciosa y el 31 de diciembre me llegó el paquete sin la caja y con los juguetes sueltos en bolsas de plástico transparente en lugar de la caja con los juguetes envueltos en bolsas donde no se veía que había. Me han llegado juguetes repetidos y otros faltan y uno no funciona el pitido y dos funcionan muy mal. No tiene nada que ver con la caja que yo compré en la página web y habéis enviado a mi vecina . Como regalo de 23,95 € me habéis mandado un juguete (la fresa) de 9,95€ aunque esto no me importa tanto. Os he enviado un email solicitando que me enviéis la caja que yo pedí y a cambio hagáis una recogida a vuestro cargo de lo que me habéis mandado. El 1 de enero me habéis contestado con que trasladabais mi preocupación al equipo relevante sin dar ninguna solución. Me parece un engaño lo que me habéis enviado. En el mensaje os he enviado las fotos de lo que recibí. Tendré que ponerme en contacto con PayPal en caso de que no me enviéis el artículo que yo pedí o me devolváis mi dinero devolviendo lo que me habéis enviado con la recogida a vuestro cargo.
