DO NOT use this site. It’s been close to a month and I still don’t have my order. I contacted customer service and never got an answer. DON’T waste your time and money. 9/4/26. It’s been 6 weeks and NO PRODUCT. Waste of time to get ahold of someone in customer service. Doesn’t exist. As I stated before, DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST FUNNY FUZZY’S WEBSITE.

I ordered $150 worth of products three months ago and I am still waiting for delivery. I have attempted to contact the service department to find out what is happening, but no response other that the order has been confirmed. I have informed them, I will be taking this matter further should they choose to ignore my correspondence. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Almost 3 months later I still don’t even have a tracking number. It didn’t arrive and when I followed up I got a generated response a couple of weeks later.

They have sent a few notes addressing my comments but have in no way helped me or given me a date when I might expect my couch cover to arrive. So today I looked on Amazon (who carries FunnyFuzzy couch covers) and asked Alexa if FunnyFuzzy is a legitimate company and here is the response I got: FunnyFuzzy is a real company, but there are some important things to know before purchasing: What We Know: • FunnyFuzzy operates out of China, where all products are manufactured and shipped from • They have built professional-looking websites targeting US, UK, and European markets with significant marketing spend • Their products are generally reasonably priced and of acceptable quality, but are not independently strength-tested or safety-tested • Many of their products appear to be generic items also available on sites like eBay and Temu Concerns to Be Aware Of: • Multiple reviewers report customer support issues and limited return options • Products are frequently discontinued without much notice • At least one well-known pet gear reviewer (Dog Gear Review) cut ties with the company after a dispute over unauthorized use of their photos Bottom Line: FunnyFuzzy is not a scam — their products do get delivered and many customers find them acceptable for the price. However, given the noted customer service and return concerns, if you're considering a FunnyFuzzy product, buying it through Amazon is a safer bet since Amazon's return policy would protect you regardless of the seller's own policies. It is now August 30th and still no product and still no contact from Funny Fuzzy regarding an arrival date. Disregard their response below. They are simply trying to look responsive and legitimate...they are neither. SCAM company -- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you just like giving your money away! DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a sofa cover on June 24th and was told orders "usually ship in 3 weeks." It is now August 16th and I have nothing. I have written them numerous times and they finally responded on August 3rd that my order had left their warehouse but they cannot provide any shipping information because my order is "currently off the radar" but they will update me when a carrier has my product. I don't know if it will ever show up. I have already asked for my money back but they told me once it has shipped they cannot refund my order but later I can follow their return process if I am not happy with the product. Yeah, good luck on that one! (BTW, it is a Chinese based company although their website makes it look like they are based in the U.S.) BTW, their product is available on Amazon when I checked recently (less the 20% discount I got from ordering from them directly). I checked the shipping from Amazon and I could receive the product in 2 days, amazing considering the company can't provide the product to me (and so many others if you read the reviews) in 2+ months. At least with Amazon I know they are reliable and have a simply return policy and I would never be out of my money. With FunnyFuzzy directly I am not sure I will ever receive the product nor get my money refunded.

Horrendous company, avoid! Waited nearly 2 months for delivery with no communication. Product arrived (dog steps) and not fit for purpose. My dog was using for less than 24 hours when the top step collapsed and he fell through to the floor. These were to help my dog who has ivdd and he has now suffered a serious setback. Wondering why there are no bad reviews on the company website? I posted one this morning and it’s been taken down! I can’t believe I have been conned out of £80

If it was possible to rate them 0 I would. Absolute bunch of scammers, ordered a car travel bed for my puppy 12 weeks ago, they lodged a shipment of the item and gave me a tracking number then never posted the actual item so the tracking doesn’t exist, when I followed up with the couriers they told me nothing was ever sent. Have tried contacting them on numerous occasions and have received an automated message back claiming they’re checking with the couriers and will give me an update when they have one. Absolute joke of a company, will happily take your money and bail.
