Defective and took 2 months to ship
The seat cover came after 2 months and was incomplete. It is missing the strap to go over the head rest, so it’s essentially useless.

Do Not Buy From Them
What a horrible experience this has been. Ordered a 2 dog travel car seat on 28/12/25. It was not shipped until 13/01/26. Its now 13 days later and the tracking still shows as pending. When i try to email customer support i get an email back saying that my email was undeliverable. I've lodged an investigation with Australia Post so we'll see what happens. UPDATE: Their response states that they can assure me that my package is on the way. How would they know that considering they didn't ask for my details and look up my order. It also says they have sent me an email which I have yet to receive. They also said to contact their support email for any questions or assistance but didn't acknowledge the fact that I had said I had already tried to do so multiple times but emails cannot be delivered to their email address.

This was a nightmare
This was a nightmare. I ordered these sets in September or October 2025, made numerous attempts to cancel order and get refund when the first two months passed with no product. I was sent an email stating I would get 20% refund which also never happened. I was told to refuse the package, it's now January 25 2026 and it was delivered when I was not home so I couldn't refuse the package, packaging arrived ripped, I have not even opened it because I still want to send it back and get a refund. I was charged the full amount, not even the 20% was given back as promised. Will be contacting the better business bureau and also have a dispute in with my credit card.

Order did not arrive
I ordered a pet bed in November for Christmas and it never arrived. I reached out to the company multiple times and never heard back.

Dünner als auf den Bildern, trotzdem beim Hund beliebt.
Das Bett ist zwar bei Weitem nicht so dick, wie abgebildet, unsere Hündin liebt es aber dennoch und liegt sehr gerne darin. Trotzdem einen Stern Abzug, weil das Bild einfach nicht der Realität entspricht.

Hope you don't want your item quickly!
I ordered a dog bed on November 24 that was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it arrived on January 22! Customer service did get back to me when I reached out 3 separate times asking about my order, but they were not helpful. When I checked online, it always said that the order was 'pending.' I was told that's because it was being shipped overseas and they did not have access to the tracking information. The bed is ok, but definitely not worth the wait of almost 2 full months.
