It took a bit to get a lost order. I blame US customs not FF. FF Customer Service came through. While three months late, I have it . I LOVE IT! This was my 6th FF purchase. Their products are perfect. Huge fan!!! 4 PAWS x 2.

I am rewriting my original 1 star review as Funny Fuzzy has, suddenly, refunded me for my order. This seems to be their reaction to my initial Trust Pilot review, warning potential customers off using the company. All I can say is, I have learned a lesson here, and I am making a mental note to look up internet companies on Trust Pilot in future, before ordering anything! My overall comment is that this company is not completely bombing but it is very disorganised and tries to get away with offering substandard customer service. But as a gesture of goodwill, having received my refund, I am changing my review to 3 stars. Funny Fuzzy, thank you for the refund! I have sent back the goods to your UK address.

I ordered a bed from funny fuzzy for my very elderly dog , I did research on the company and was lead to believe they were uk based , oh how naive was I . The amount of delivery time seemed reasonable a few days , I ordered the bed on the Ist of January after 9 days of watching the tracking and my parcel had not moved I e mailed funny fuzzy , they did reply very quickly and assured me that the parcel had been delayed and they would chase it up still I was not told it would come from China so I took them at their word and agreed to go ahead with the order . Then after more research and reading reviews I realised the parcel was coming from China so asked to cancel it as I needed the bed , only to be told it was on its way and could not be cancelled, the company again did respond quickly , and offered me 10% off when parcel arrived , which I have not yet received. The parcel was finally delivered on the 22nd just over 3 weeks after I ordered it it seems the company think it took less time for some reason ! . My disappointment in all this is that the website looks like they are uk based when the reality is that the uk stopped them trading in 2024 but the website has remained the same so is very misleading , they seem quite strong on answering e mails so please manage expectations, I would not have ordered had I have known it came from China . Having said all that and being really fed up , the bed when it arrived seems really good quality and my dog really likes it .

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible experience. Took money but no products arrived. I sent 7 follow up emails. In the end reported to PayPal who refunded quickly.
