Excellent product and communication via email on the delivery delays. The only downside is that I placed the order in early November and just received it at the end of January. Hence, the issues with international orders! Love the product!

Took nearly 6 months to get my order, and the quality of the product was not near what I expected. I would return them, but the whole fiasco was just too much. Probably won't buy from you again, I'm sorry.

Ordered a month ago. Item not received, tracking doesn't work and customer service just ignores emails and fails to respond. The value of my order was over £100. I have to assume that is the last I will see of it. Its too late for me now as I am moving to a different country. Save yourself pain and money. Avoid this company at all costs. EDIT 29/1/2026 - I notice you have replied saying you are trying to track down my order. I have provided my order number to you as a response to your direct request. There is no point in sending a further email to your support team. I have three outstanding support tickets already that you haven't bothered to respond to. You suggest that you are looking forward to hearing from me. If that is the case, why do you fail to reply every time you do receive a communication. FURTHER EDIT 09/02/2026 - despite several further emails to customer services I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions. I have explained that it is now too late to receive the product as I have left the address (six weeks since I ordered). I have only had one more email offering me a 20% discount AFTER the product is delivered, although goodness only knows how that would be applied. In any case, I have now instigated a credit card charge back to resolve the issue as it is impossible to get service from this business.

I ordered in October and didn't get my product until mid January. Messaged the company 2 months ago asking for a refund. Never heard back. No messaging to update me on the status of my order. Bought something else to replace it and now I have a product that I do not need. Would still like a refund.
