The Product is very high quality. Our Pitbull loves his new bed. If you have a Pittie that loves the couch... this dog bed may turn out to be his new spot. Our's hasn't left it in days. He loves being able to rest his head on the edges. However, ship times were not what was expected. Item did take 6 weeks to arrive.

Delivery took almost 2 whole months. There was no communication to explain the reason behind the delay and there was no offer to compensate for the negative experience. Will definitely not be purchasing again.

The filling in the bed is extremely poor. It is lumpy and some areas have no filling. The outside cover is good.

The dog couch covers are nice but it took so long to get them. I ordered them on December 10th (hoping to give one as a Christmas present) but did not receive them until February 1st

Delivery time was not great but customer service was very good about responding to my emails and keeping me informed of delivery time. I'm very satisfied with the product.
