After reviewing FunnyFuzzy reviews I too am a victim of a scam by this company. I ordered a large couch cover on May 18, 2026. Order #FF740641S. As of today October 19, 2026 I have still not received my merchandise which is over 5 months ago. I contacted them many times during this time period but always get the standard email saying it will be shipped but is delayed. At one point they emailed saying that it shipped and had a tracking number but that was false information as the tracking number was not valid and it was never shipped. I can’t believe this company is still in business as this has happened many times with other customers. Beware any future buyers—This company is a scam con artist. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed an order on August 5th, almost 2.5 months ago, and my order has never arrived. The tracking number provided never worked, so I have had no way of tracking the shipment. I have contacted FunnyFuzzy numerous times requesting a refund, without any actual solution, no refund, and no accountability. I have ordered from FunnyFuzzy before and received my product without issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After reading other reviews here on Trustpilot, I can see that many customers have experienced similar problems. At this point, the whole situation feels like a scam – customers pay for products they never receive, and getting their money back seems impossible. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a cooling mat for my dog at the beginning of the summer, it's now mid-October and still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting about 4-5 months. Each time I contact I get a generic response that they cannot refund whilst the item is in transit (absolute BS) and they are sure I will love my item when it arrived - frustrated is an understatement. I've ordered a couple of dog beds from them a few years ago and was really impressed by the quality and by how quickly they arrived but this is absolutely ridiculous! If a real person emailed me I might feel a bit differently. How they are allowed to do business like this is beyond me.

Service was great, excellent customer service and they care

Ordered a bed cover several months ago, , tracking doesn't work, tried to get comment from company with no success. I have little expectation of receiving product, refund or feedback.

I placed an order with funnyfuzzy.com in early September, and after a month with no movement, I reached out. I was asked to wait "a little bit longer." I waited a week, and then requested my order be canceled along with a refund. I was told I would to informed when the refund had been processed. After eight days with no progress, I reached out again, and have heard nothing (ten days after being told the refund is being "processed."). I don't want to believe this business is a scam, but I am waiting for them to prove me wrong.

I ordered couch covers at the end of July and here I am on October 17, 2026 and still have not received my product or any tracking information. I have emailed at least 6 times including again today asking for information and all I get is a we are sorry, but no explanation for the delay. My last email I requested a refund and to cancel my order, but have received no response. Terrible customer service and company to deal with.
