I ordered a pet blanket for my couch in June. I still haven’t received it. I sent an email to funnyfuzzy, they did write me back and said they couldn’t refund me because my order had shipped. I still haven’t gotten it. I don’t think I will. It’s been 4 months. Stay away from this business. I don’t have a blanket or my money back!

I have bought 2 couch covers from Funny Fuzzy. They have been everything promised and holding up well under 4 dogs! My most recent order took a little longer than expected, so they sent me a note apologizing for the delay, a gift card toward my next purchase, and a toy for our dogs! My order came soon after that, and is just perfect. I appreciate their kindness and wanting my experience to be good. It was! I will continue to shop their products and recommend them. :D

I know their products look amazing, but DO NOT purchase from this website. This is a scam site. I had an order put in with 15-day shipping for early September and haven't even gotten a tracking number, and it's the end of October. Please contact your bank if you have already purchased from this company.

J'ai passé une commande il y a plus de 3 mois, je ne l'ai jamais reçu malgré des dizaine d'emails envoyés au service client.

Commande FR56206 passée le 03 Août dernier, toujours rien reçu à ce jour, site frauduleux! J’ai fait un signalement sur Signal Conso, je ne comprends pas comment ce site peut être toujours ouvert après tout les avis négatifs et signalements qui ont été fait c’est lamentable! Faites attention

I placed an order on May 2, 2026 for two of the “Handmade Cozy Multi-Use Durable Woven Cat Nest Bed”. It is now October 19, 2026, and I have not received my order yet. I have received no communications about my order, and there have been no order updates. When I log into the website through the “order details” in the Shop app, it states that my order is Complete; in the Shop app itself, it states that my order status is “ waiting for details.” I have sent multiple emails through the website, and I have received no response. Because so much time has passed, I can no longer dispute this charge through my credit card. So, at this point, I’m out about $60, and I’ve received no merchandise.
